Unanswered questions for IELTS single skill retake

When we think of study abroad, considering IELTS is inevitable. Recently IDP announced one skill retest will be possible from March 23 onwards. As we see a surge in bookings for IELTS test in March just depending on this one piece of news we fail to seek answers to many questions.
